Sake Tanuki originally made 4/16 to lobby vowsh to move to youtube. but 4/16 got hacked and gave twitch 1488 thousand Pound Sterling. 4/16 also tried making an account on vowsh's site. but the records were sealed and destroyed. 

If we go back even further. 4/16 was a streamer before he got banned for talk about Israel. After that, 4/16 every month on the 16th, 4/16 hack and banned anyone talking about Israel.
