Jasper city council passes by-law forcing residents to have photos of goats in their home
Jasper residents are absolutely furious after the city voted in a 69 yea - 2 nay decision to make the town more goat friendly. The mayor, Dick Smith mcsmith mcsmithy smith supported the decision. the 2 opposition MLAs are gathering support to reverse the decision. the petition is currently on liveleak. The city is now considering replacing people with gaots and pumping goat urine with the water.
